To ensure that we can continue to provide the highest quality service to all our clients, we have established the following policies:

Cancellation and Rescheduling policy

At Salon De Paris ATX, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment time to other clients who may be on our waiting list.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file or will be sent to you as an invoice. This fee must be paid before you can schedule your next appointment with us.

No Show Policy

At Salon De Paris ATX, if you fail to show up for your appointment and do not provide any prior notice, you will be charged a no-show fee of 100% of the total service cost. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file or will be sent to you as an invoice. This fee must be paid before you can schedule your next appointment with us.

Children / Uncompiled Minor Policy

At Salon De Paris ATX, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for all our clients. To maintain this standard, no children under the age of 12 may accompany a client to their appointment unless they are also receiving a service. If anyone under the age of 12 accompanies a client to their appointment, the client will be required to reschedule. Any person(s) over 12 accompanying a client must wait in the waiting area for the duration of the appointment.

Pet Policy

At Salon De Paris ATX, we strive to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our clients. Therefore, we do not allow pets in the salon. Service animals are welcome.

Credit Card Policy

At Salon De Paris ATX, to secure your appointment, we require a valid credit card on file for all services longer than 1 hour. Your credit card will not be charged unless you violate our cancellation policy.

Deposit Policy

At Salon De Paris ATX, for larger services, we may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the cost of your service.
